Bethel Blessings July 20 & 21

After Worship Food and Fellowship Every Sunday during the summer: Everyone is invited every week! July 21st are Mariana Lewis and her Team; July 28th is an All Church; August 4th is Mariana Lewis and her Team.

MOSAIC: Join Mosaic for our Annual Summer Picnic here at Bethel Wednesday, July 24th from 4:00pm-6:00pm. Mosaic is providing hot dogs, chips, water and cookies. If you would like to bring a side dish or dessert from the grocery store, your contribution would be most welcome.

ANNUAL LUTHERAN FAMILY SERVICES SCHOOL SUPPLY DRIVE: Now collecting sturdy backpacks and assorted school supplies for foster and safe care children. Look for the yellow school bus box in the Narthex, along with lists of needed supplies. Deadline is Sunday, August 4th. Your generosity is deeply appreciated by Lutheran Family Services and the children of this community. 

FEED MY STARVING CHILDREN: The FMSC Colorado Springs Mobile Pack will be held August 16th & 17th. Bethel is hosting the event! That’s right, you won’t have to go far to volunteer! In addition to those who will volunteer to actually fill the Manna packs (scheduled through FMSC at https://give.fmsc.org/cosprings), Bethel needs volunteers to help manage the event from setup through to cleanup.  If you can help in that effort, please signup using this registration form (https://event-61336-36cb.pushpayevents.com/) indicating where you want to assist the team. Examples of support needed are:  Set up Packing Stations; Greet FMSC Volunteers Prior to Packing Session; Cleanup in Between Packing Stations; Assist FMSC Cleanup at the End of the Mobile Pack Event, etc.

SENIOR POTLUCK LUNCHEON:  The next Bethel Senior Group potluck luncheon will be held on Friday, July 19, at 12:00 noon in the Christ Center.  Come join us for great food, fun, and fellowship.  Contact Pastor Dan for more information.

BETHEL PRESCHOOL: There are still a couple of openings in the 3–4-year-old room for the 2024/2025 school year.
