Below you will find methods to identify problems with Bethel’s Technology and Building systems. These include:

Bethel has joined with Rooted Software to provide Information Technology support for our staff throughout the campus.
Rooted Software Service Desk Support Scope
Standard Bethel-issued desktop/laptop/mobile device support provided via phone call and remote connection into impacted machines. This includes standard system and application support and troubleshooting, machine-level connectivity troubleshooting, and other general machine-level break-fix response
Standard computer peripheral support to include, computer docks, monitors, webcams, printers, scanners, and external input devices including mice and keyboards
Standard support and troubleshooting of business applications such as email hosting services, file collaboration, video conferencing, and other platforms (both on-premises as well as cloud)
Onsite support available when issues cannot be resolved remotely
Requesting Support
Our Staff and identified Ministry Team leads can request support as follows:
Routine Support Hours: Mon-Fri 6am-5pm
Call: (785) 347-9300 Option 1 OR (719) 394-8300 Option 1
Call (leave message) for After Hours Emergencies (major systems failure)
Submit online using the ‘Green Leaf’ menu Option in the Task Tray on the staff computer
Email: support@rooted.software
Provide: Church Name, Your Name, Call back Phone #, and a description of the problem
Problems with Bethel’s technology systems?
